Tréningy prebiehajú pod vedením certifikovaného trénera a Majstra Slovenska jednotlivcov v bowlingu v roku 2015 Vladimíra Merkovského, ktorý je držiteľom Americkej trénerskej licencie USBC. Wosk nie przykleja się do skóry, a jedynie do włosków, dzięki czemu wiele pań w ogóle nie odczuwa nawet momentu odrywania go. Dzięki temu skóra nie jest podrażniona, a włoski są usuwane szybko, skutecznie i w zasadzie bezboleśnie.
Pasta cukrowa działa bardzo podobnie, jest jednak jeszcze delikatniejsza dla skóry. Pastę cukrową nakłada się na zimno, co dodatkowo sprzyja bardzo wrażliwej skórze. Pozostałe kroki zabiegu nie różnią się od tego z wykorzystaniem wosku.
Zasadniczo więc zabieg depilacji brazylijskiej nie jest bolesny. Jednak próg bólu to u każdej osoby kwestia bardzo indywidualna, dlatego u pań mających bardzo wrażliwą skórę może zdarzyć się lekkie uczucie:
- miejscowego i chwilowego dyskomfortu,
- zaczerwienienia,
- minimalnego podrażnienia po zabiegu.
Wszystko mija jednak zwykle w ciągu maksymalnie kilku godzin.
