Vannak azért hátrányai is: pár napra rá lett rajtam egy-két kiütés, késett a menstruaciom és kicsit feszült leszek, miután beveszem, szóval ajánlom, hogy mindenképp lefekvés után vegyetek be, illetve tartsatok a testsuly/cm szerinti adagolast.
