Otrzymaną papkę nakładamy na twarz kolistymi ruchami. Po upływie kwadransa zmywamy maseczkę letnią wodą. Gdyby wcześniej pojawiło się pieczenie – maseczkę trzeba natychmiast zmyć. Po tym czasie skóra stanie się oczyszczona i promienna.
Chcąc oczyścić twarz można skorzystać z maseczki z winogron. Aby ją zrobić należy kilkanaście owoców rozgnieść. Papkę nakładamy na twarz na 15-20 minut. Później zbieramy maseczkę wacikiem i przemyjmy twarz nawilżającym tonikiem.
Twarz można doskonale oczyścić maseczką ze śmietany. 4 łyżki śmietany mieszamy z kilkoma kroplami soku z cytryny. Powstałą papkę wmasowujemy i zostawiamy na 20 minut. Następnie zmywamy twarz letnią wodą.
Peeling z kawy
Jednym z popularniejszych peelingów jest ten zrobiony z kawy. Doskonale oczyszcza i pobudza. Można go stosować zarówno na twarz, jak i na całe ciało. Aby go przygotować potrzebujemy: 4 łyżeczek fusów po kawie, 6 łyżeczek oliwy z oliwek (najlepiej z pierwszego tłoczenia) oraz łyżeczkę zmielonego cynamonu. Wszystkie składniki dokładnie mieszamy. Jeśli chcemy nanieść papkę na ciało, to możemy dodać trochę żelu pod prysznic.
Aby przygotować peeling z migdałów potrzebujemy: łyżeczki drobno posiekanych migdałów, łyżeczki miodu oraz 2 łyżeczek jogurtu naturalnego. Migdały możemy zastąpić orzechami włoskimi.
Migdały rozgniatamy, wlewamy 2 łyżeczki jogurtu naturalnego i łyżeczkę miodu. Łączymy intensywnie mieszając (możemy w tym celu użyć blendera). Peeling nakładamy na twarz i masujemy okrężnymi ruchami przez 2-3 minuty. Później dokładnie zmywamy i wklepujemy krem nawilżający.
