I have tried lots of other products over the years, always being hopeful and giving them plenty of time to work. I found one brand (Biotherm) which was amazing, but Boots stopped stocking and it became hard to get. Back to trying lots of other products and getting disheartened I came across this range. Even better than the old biotherm that I used to use, it keeps oil under control and really battles spots. You should get a separate eye cream if you’re older like me because this cream shouldn’t get that close to your eyes. I use it with the rest of the range. Good luck.
Rated 4 out of 5 by adsmanchester from Wish I'd discovered it sooner I've been using this for a couple of months. My skin has never looked better. However, at my age (33), it's a little on the drying side (I used to be very oily and spot prone, the oiliness is fading but I'm still a bit spot prone). Works well on my sensitive skin. I use it in conjunction with early aging, sensitive and dry skin products and it's a nice balance for my skin at my age. I wish I'd had it in my teens and twenties. It does have a slight menthol scent and sensation on application, and it's very drying if I'm sloppy and it gets too close to my lips. But it's not super harsh the way some products for this kind of skin concern can be.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Olives94 from Ok, but there are better I was looking for a cheaper alternative to my old oil-free moisturiser and bought this. The bottle is good as you don't get too much out at once, and it's a fair price. However, I found this too heavy for my skin in the mornings and just used it before going to bed, which isn't ideal if you're looking for something to use daily as a base for makeup. Furthermore, I wouldn't say this reduces oil production, for me it helped my skin stay matte for a couple of hours, then it returned to its usual state. Overall I would not buy this again as I believe there are better alternatives out there. Shame as I like their grapefruit face scrub!
