Who should not use adapalene?
Allergies to Ingredients. People who are allergic to adapalene, Differin, or any of the ingredients in the specific product dispensed should not use adapalene.
What should I know about adapalene before using it?
Do not use adapalene unless it has been prescribed to you by a healthcare provider. Use it as prescribed.
Do not share adapalene with other people, even if they have the same condition as you. It may harm them.
Keep adapalene out of the reach of children.
Wash your hands and the affected skin area with a mild or soapless cleanser before applying adapalene. Do not apply adapalene on skin that has cuts, scrapes, eczema, or sunburn. Avoid waxing for hair removal or applying other products that irritate the skin to areas that have been treated with adapalene.
Your acne might seem worse when you first start using adapalene because the medicine is working on pimples that you cannot see yet. This is normal and is not a reason to stop using adapalene. It may take 8-12 weeks before you notice results.
In particular, make sure that you discuss any of the following.

- po aplikacji pacjent powinien dokładnie umyć ręce.
Należy poinformować lekarza, jeśli po 3 miesiącach leczenia nie uda się osiągnąć oczekiwanych rezultatów.
Przyjęcie większej ilości leku od zalecanej
Należy przestrzegać zalecanego dawkowania. Przedawkowanie Acnelec może spowodować podrażnienie skóry, złuszczanie czy silne zaczerwienienie skóry. Natomiast zwiększanie dawki nie spowoduje, że efekty leczenia będą silniejsze lub szybciej widoczne.
Jeśli lek zostanie przypadkowo przyjęty doustnie, należy skontaktować się z lekarzem. Konieczne może być płukanie żołądka. Podczas badań u myszy i szczurów zaważono, że doustne podanie powyżej 10 g leku/kg masy ciała ma działanie toksyczne.

4.1.Quá liều
Thuốc Adapalene chỉ dùng bôi ngoài da và tác dụng tại chỗ, không được dùng bằng đường uống nên khả năng hấp thụ toàn thân khá thấp. Một số trường hợp, người dùng bôi thuốc quá mức để mong muốn thấy hiệu quả ngay. Tuy nhiên, điều này sẽ không có kết quả nhanh chóng hoặc tốt hơn mà có thể gây kích ứng da có hại hơn.
Khi xuất hiện các triệu chứng của sử dụng quá liều, bạn cần xem lại liều lượng dùng mà bác sĩ đã chỉ dẫn để dùng đúng liều lượng đã quy định. Nếu bạn lỡ uống một lượng nhỏ thuốc Adapalene hãy hỏi ý kiến bác sĩ để có biện pháp can thiệp phù hợp.
4.2.Quên liều
Hãy dùng ngay khi nhớ ra, không dùng liều gấp đôi để bù lại liều đã quên. Nếu đã gần với thời điểm dùng liều kế tiếp thì bỏ qua liều đã quên và dùng liều như chỉ dẫn của bác sĩ.
