Dr. Bottem is a skilled, board certified, and experienced plastic surgeon, with a medical degree in Ophthalmology and a fellowship in Oculoplastic and Orbital surgery. He is an accomplished doctor who has completed advanced training in both functional and cosmetic surgeries relating to the eyes, eye diseases, eyelids, and mid-facial structures, such as brow/forehead lifts, as well.
He offers cosmetic and functional enhancements such as Botox and Restylane, along with various facial fillers, too. He also offers VIORA Light Technology Laser treatments, and Micro-needling, for overall skin and body health and imperfection corrections.
Dr. Bottem received his medical degree from Des Moines University, followed by a residency at Oklahoma State University, where he served as Chief Resident from 2006-07. In 2005-06, he received the Patrick Murray Award for the top Osteopathic resident in the country. He completed an Oculoplastics fellowship with Dr. Gerard Hunter at the Eye Institute in Tulsa in 2008-09.

Dr Lee is always very professional and kind. He treats me respectfully, always answers any questions I have, helps me assess what my capablities are for various activities, and is very reassuring. By far, one of my all=time favorite doctors!
I have already recommended Dr. Lee and his staff to a friend. He will be performing his surgery as well.
This was my first visit with Dr. Lee. He was wonderful.Dr. Lee's PA was very knowledgeable and very professional. He addressed all of my concerns and explained them to me. Dr. Lee was very nice also answered my questions. My overall visit with them was very good. My only complaint is it taking so long to see him but worth it.
