Luszczyca w początkowym stadium - Objawy, Diagnoza i Leczenie
Where will the USMNT play its Copa America matches?
The United States have been pre-drawn into Group C in the 2024 Copa America, in position C1.
That will see the USMNT play its three group stage matches, in order, at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, and Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
Should they advance to the knockout stage, their quarterfinal venue would be determined by their finishing position in Group C. A first-place finish in the group would see them play their quarterfinal match against the Group D runner-up in Las Vegas, while a second-place finish would see them play the Group D winner (potentially Brazil) in Glendale, AZ.
Either way, their possible semifinal location would be in Charlotte. Advancing to play in the final would see them travel to Miami, while the third place match would see them remain in Charlotte.
Location [ edit ]
The stadium is located in Khamovniki District [3] of the Central Administrative Okrug of Moscow city, south-west of the city center. The name Luzhniki derives from the flood meadows in the bend of Moskva River where the stadium was built, translating roughly as "The Meadows". It was necessary to find a very large plot of land, preferably in a green area close to the city center that could fit into the transport map of the capital without too much difficulty. [4]
According to one of the architects: "On a sunny spring day of 1954, we, a group of architects and engineers who were tasked with designing the Central stadium, climbed onto a large paved area on the Lenin Hills [which after the Soviet era would revert to their old name, the Sparrow Hills ]. the proximity of the river, green mass of clean, fresh air – this circumstance alone mattered to select the area of the future city of sports. In addition, Luzhniki is located relatively close to the city center and convenient access to major transport systems with all parts of the capital". [5]
Copa America 2024 stadiums: List of host cities, venues
14 venues will host matches across the entirety of the 2024 Copa America. CONMEBOL teased the announcement of the locations by setting the final (Miami, FL) and the opening match (Atlanta, GA) before releasing the entire list days before the draw in early December.
Hard Rock Stadium
- Location: Miami, FL
- Opened: 1987
- Capacity: 64,767
- Regular tenants: Miami Dolphins (NFL), Miami Hurricanes (NCAAF), Orange Bowl (NCAAF)
Matches: Group Stage (Group A, C), Final
The 2024 Copa America final will be held on July 14 in Miami, Florida at the home of the city's NFL franchise. The choice is a sensible one, as the city hosts the nation's 14th largest Hispanic population, including one third of the Argentines living in the United States.
It will also host a pair of group stage matches, including games featuring both the United States and Argentina.
Hard Rock Stadium has hosted plenty of soccer matches in the past, including a pre-World Cup friendly between Argentina and Honduras in September of 2022 that drew over 64,000 fans. The stadium is also part of the group of venues slated for 2026 World Cup matches.
Miami will also host the group-stage draw for the competition on December 7, so holding the final in the same city is symbolic.
Bank of America Stadium
- Location: Charlotte, NC
- Opened: 1996
- Capacity: 75,000
- Regular tenants: Carolina Panthers (NFL), Charlotte FC (MLS)
Matches: Semifinal, 3rd Place match
